Payton arrived spot on time after calling me to give me a heads-up call that he was on his way. Faulty part was replaced within 15 min at a cost $75 less than other quotes. Andrew fixed three dripping faucets and the only reason I did not give 5 stars for the work is he lost the aerator out of one of the faucets, and did not notice. Cost me a trip to the hardware store to replace the aerator, but other then that, was good work.

Chris went out of his way to not just fix my faucet, but to find out why my fairly new faucet in my shower had worn out so quickly. Technician did not have the tools needed to do the job. I had to go in my garage and get a pipe wrench to take the faucet body out. He recommended knocking a hole in the wall to get it out. He used generic knock outs from Home Depot instead of Delta parts. The O-rings would not fit. He used the olds instead.

Our hot water heater went out on a Tuesday night about 9:30pm. The next morning I went to the Home Adviser website about 9am just to take a look at what companies were advised. By 10:30am the same morning Provident Plumbing called me! By 3pm that same day, Provident had come out to our home, given us an estimate and scheduled the installation of a new tank-less hot water heater for the next day. The next morning at 9am sharp Provident was out installing our new water heater. By the end of the day Provident still about 2 more hours of work to complete the job, but we had hot water again! We didn’t have to go not one day without taking a shower! Although we had hot water, Provident didn’t ask for payment until the job was complete. Two reasons Provident wasn’t able to finish the job the same day was because 1) we had a slight delay as we had to wait for our local gas company to come and do their gas check off list for the new water heater and 2) we ran out of daylight. By 10am the following day, job was complete. Thank you so very much. Great everything!

I was quoted a $600 cost to replace the o ring/washer assembly on 3 faucets. Negotiated to do one for $200. Very pricey considering the part cost is $25-$35 per faucet.

The work was done on a condo that I own but lease to a tenant so I did not personally see the work done so I’m giving a 4 rating. The tenant claims everything works really well. Customer service was excellent. I felt the job was pricey but then again I don’t know plumbing prices. Based on the customer service I would hire again.
